Because the ingredients of alloy steel possess the characters of tensile strength, if the design of molds is not good, it is easy to cause the happening of multi-layer for material-forming during the process of forging. Please refer to the original figure No.1 and partially enlarged figure No.2

Because of Daiken's accumulating experience in this field, during the design of molds for product-forming, Daiken not only can avoid the happening of this defective, but also research the special design for product functions. It can effectively expand the life of products by appearing in the forging line. Please refer to the original figure No.3

After products are finished by many manufacturing processes, products need to be quench hardened by heat treatment, so it can show the strength and hardness. Ordinarily, the requirement for the product strength is mostly tested by hardness for its representative. But the real reason to affect products' hardness includes the discussions of metal structure, besides the reference of hardness. The formation of metal structure of matt iron after the material has heat treatment, please refer to the attached figure No.4,No.5,No.6

The dipped surface for all Daiken's pliers is evenly coated and can be observed through the microscope. Please refer to the original figure No.7
